Ground shipping takes 5–7 days. The cost depends on the weight of your order, and checkout shows it before you pay. Plan for this time when you order regalia for a ceremony.
Yes. For an international order, we email you the freight and duty costs first. We ship the order after you approve them.
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. You pay the return shipping. Personalized certificates, graduation materials and sale items are not returnable. Read the returns policy.
